Shipping Policy

1. General

JMDi Safezone LLP ("we", "us") ships safety products across India directly from our manufacturing facility in Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana. We primarily serve bulk and wholesale orders for industrial buyers, factories, construction companies, and procurement agencies. All shipments are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation and payment verification. For large bulk orders or customised products (e.g., safety jackets with custom logo printing), processing time may be longer and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Final shipping charges will be communicated at the time of quotation or order confirmation. For bulk orders above a certain value, we may offer discounted or complimentary shipping — please enquire for details.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Haryana & NCR: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Metro cities): 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities & remote areas): 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or transport partners.

5. Shipping Partners

We use reputed logistics and transport partners for domestic shipments. For bulk orders, shipments may be dispatched via road transport or courier depending on order size and destination. Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Partial Shipments

If certain items in your order are out of stock, we may dispatch the available items first and ship the remaining items when they become available. You will be informed of any partial shipments and given the option to wait for the full order or accept a partial delivery.

7. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@jmdisafezone.in with photographs of the damage for resolution.

8. Taxes

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be charged as per prevailing rates at the time of invoicing. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be provided with every shipment.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at office@jmdisafezone.in or calling +91 98969 10417. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and subject to our Returns Policy.
