Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JMDi Safezone purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at office@jmdisafezone.in or call +91 98969 10417 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them to our factory address:
    JMDi Safezone LLP, 300E EPIP HSIDC Sec-53 Phase-III, Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana 131028
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or adjusted against future orders, as mutually agreed.
  • Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

Warranty Returns

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, upon confirmation of the defect, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be reimbursed by JMDi Safezone LLP.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • Custom-printed or customised products (e.g., safety jackets with company logo).
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

Bulk Orders

For bulk and wholesale orders, return and exchange terms may differ based on the purchase agreement. Please refer to your order confirmation or contact our sales team for specific terms applicable to your order.
