From a Vision to India's Trusted Safety Brand
In 2008, three brothers — Sanjay, Mukesh, and Rohit Agarwal — set out with a conviction that Indian workers deserve safety equipment manufactured to uncompromising standards. What began as Jai Mata Di Industries and Vaishnavi Enterprises grew into the brand Komico — short for “Kompromise Impossible, Commitment Only” — a name that would become a promise to every worker who laces up a pair. In 2024, the journey culminated in the formation of JMDi Safezone LLP— now a 300+ employee operation producing 8,000+ pairs daily and one of India's most trusted safety equipment manufacturers.
The Milestones That Define Us
The Beginning
Sanjay Agarwal, Mukesh Agarwal, and Rohit Agarwal enter the safety equipment business with a clear vision — to manufacture products that Indian workers can depend on, every shift, every day.
Factory Established
Jai Mata Di Industries and Vaishnavi Enterprises are set up at Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana — equipped with modern PVC injection moulding machines, in-house quality testing labs, and dedicated production lines.
Komico Brand Launched
The Komico brand is officially launched with a focus on PVC safety footwear. First ISI certification obtained for PVC safety shoes under IS 17043. The name Komico — born from 'Kompromise Impossible, Commitment Only' — captures the founding philosophy.
Expanding the Range
Product range expands to include safety jackets with 3M Scotchlite reflective tape and welding cables. The team grows to over 100 employees. Komico becomes a recognised name in industrial safety across North India.
Komisafe Premium Range
After nearly 3 years of dedicated R&D, the Komisafe brand is launched as a premium PU leather safety footwear line. IS 15298 certification obtained. Aviator, Knight, and Rocky models introduced. Daily production capacity crosses 5,000 pairs.
JMDi Safezone Formed
Jai Mata Di Industries and Vaishnavi Enterprises consolidate under a unified identity — JMDi Safezone LLP. With 300+ employees and a daily production capacity of 8,000+ pairs, Komico and Komisafe products now reach factories, construction sites, and procurement agencies across all major Indian states.

The Name of Quality
Komico is our core industrial safety brand. We manufacture PVC safety shoes certified to IS 17043:2024, high-visibility safety jackets compliant with IS 15809, and welding cables manufactured to IS 9857.
The Komico shoe range — Eco, Rock, Star, Tejas, Blaze, and Xpert — is designed for environments where chemical resistance and affordability are priorities: food processing, chemical plants, agriculture, and wet industrial floors.

Komisafe is our premium PU leather safety footwear brand, certified to IS 15298:2024. Double-density PU soles deliver superior cushioning, energy return, and long-term durability.
The Komisafe range — Aviator (lightweight ankle boot), Knight (heavy-duty high-ankle), and Rocky (rugged all-terrain) — is built for general industry, construction, manufacturing, and logistics where all-day comfort and impact protection matter most.

Our Factory
Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat
Originally established in 2012 as Jai Mata Di Industries and Vaishnavi Enterprises, our manufacturing facility at Plot 300E, EPIP HSIDC Sector 53, Phase III, Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana 131028 is now operated under JMDi Safezone LLP (est. 2024). Equipped with modern PU and PVC injection moulding machines, in-house quality testing labs, and dedicated production lines for each product category.
The facility operates with ISO 9001 quality management systems and undergoes regular BIS audits to maintain our ISI certifications. Every batch of shoes is tested for toe cap impact resistance, sole hardness, flexibility, and slip resistance before dispatch.
